1.Product Introduce

FCX-AIII series intelligent flange remote type transmitter is an expanded variety on the basis of FCX-AⅡ series differential pressure and pressure transmitter, that is, on the basis of pressure and differential pressure varieties, the pressure and The capillary tube filled with silicone oil transmits the pressure, which solves the problem that the conventional transmitter cannot measure the pressure signal at a long distance under the special process conditions on site (high viscosity of medium, strong corrosiveness, high temperature).

FCX-AIII series intelligent flange remote transmitter mainly solves the remote transmission measurement of pressure signal and the realization of accuracy index, temperature index and static pressure index.

Fuji FKX small flange pressure transmitter is suitable for suspended liquid or high viscosity medium. In order to avoid the direct contact with the transmitter's isolation membrane contact, it provides a reliable measurement method

The FKX Flange transmitter is suitable for the following conditions:

1. Need to isolate the high temperature media from the transmitter

2. Measurement medium has corrosion effect on the original sensitivity of the transmitter.

3. Suspension or high viscosity medium

4. The measured quality is solidified or crystallized due to the changes in the environment or process.

5. When replacing the measured quality, you need to rinse it without being mixed;

6. When there are solid suspension or high viscosity in the measured medium, when the connector and pressure room of the transmitter are easily blocked;

7. Keep hygiene and strictly prohibit pollution.

2：Fuji FKX Flange transmitter Features

a：It can be directly connected to 1 1 /2 inch, 2 inch flange. The transmitter can be mounted on the 1 1 /2B, 2B pipe without the reducer union.

b：It's applicable for flow measuring instrument without guide pipe.
There're models connected with  1 /2B,  3 /4B flange, so the measuring instrument system can be constructed without guide pipe. It sovles the problem of pipe blockage, leakage, corrosion and so on.
Also it can be connected to the following Process Connection:
Thread connetion Rc 1 /2, Rc 3 /4,  1 /2-14NPT,  3 /4-14NPT
