On June 25th, Tooling Automation Engineering (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Tooling") and Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd.

(hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Haihua Group") held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Wuxi. Sun Haidong,

the Secretary of the Binhu District Committee in Wuxi City, had a cordial conversation with Sun Lingbo, the Party Secretary and Chairman

of Shandong Haihua Group, and witnessed the signing. Wang Yongzhi, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Haihua Group,

participated in the discussion and attended the signing ceremony. Leaders from relevant departments of Binhu District and Liyuan Development

Zone in Wuxi City also accompanied the event.
